Flashback Salvage is a family-owned business that my father operates. The store specializes in vintage and retro items, including furniture, decor, and other unique pieces. As the store’s operations grew, my father needed help with managing the digital side of things, such as the website, networking servers, and online merchandising.

To support my dad’s business, I stepped in to manage the website, networking servers, and the merch service. I try to ensure that the website runs smoothly, is updated with the latest products, and is user-friendly. Additionally, I manage the networking servers to ensure that the website is available to customers at all times.

I also manage the merch service by sourcing products through drop shipping, which helps to reduce overhead costs. I developed the logs used for all the merchandise, which adds a personalized touch to the store’s offerings. Additionally, I worked on designing and creating my father’s business cards and ordering them as needed.

As a daughter, it is important for me to support my father’s business and help him to achieve his goals. By managing the digital side of things, I can help him focus on the operational aspects of the store, such as sourcing and acquiring new items, while I take care of the online component.
